The Diagnostic that opens every engagement is the first deliverable. From there: a working system in your stack, then a trained team running it, then a final phase of advisory time on what's live. Systems land in the right order, too: the pipeline you have gets stable before AI goes on top of it. We engineer ourselves out by design, so the operation runs without us when the engagement ends.

Every engagement names a future owner. We equip one person on your team as the internal champion, document every system, and engineer ourselves out. Engagements end with your team running the systems on its own.

1.What does an engagement cost?
The Diagnostic prices it. We measure the dollar value the systems should create, and the fee ceiling is 10% of that projected annual value, often less. You see both numbers before you commit to the build.
2.How long before something is live?
Month one is the Diagnostic. First systems are live in your stack by month two, and your team is running them by month four. The engagement ends with a handoff, not a renewal.
3.Do I have to replace my CRM?
No. We work in the stack you already have, and we stabilise the pipeline you are running before putting anything automated on top of it. AI layered on a fragile pipeline just makes the fragility faster.
4.What happens when the engagement ends?
You keep everything: the systems, the documentation, the recorded training, and a named person on your team who runs and extends them. There is no subscription back to us.
5.Why solar?
The residential credit ended, acquisition costs are climbing, and the installers who last will be the ones who run tighter. Most of that tightening is office work, which is the work these systems do best.
