Practice

What we actually build, and how your team owns it.

Five systems, built in order, delivered under one engagement. Every system ships with a monthly dollar number attached to it, so you can see whether it's working without asking us.

01 · AI Revenue Capture

Every inbound call, 24/7/365.

A voice agent that picks up after-hours and weekend calls, qualifies the lead, books the job, and writes it back to your CRM. Calls converted into booked appointments while your office is closed.

Live within 30 days · typical client captures ~$450K/yr
02 · AI Operations Engine

Dispatch, invoicing, field-to-office.

Smart dispatch and routing. Auto-invoicing within 24 hours of job completion. Cross-platform integration so your software tools share data on their own.

~$250K/yr in capacity unlocked + $84K/yr in admin saved
03 · Profitability Intelligence

Real job costs, while the job is still running.

A dashboard that tells you profit by job type, crew, location, and trade in real time. Monthly ROI report tied to baseline metrics, weeks ahead of your monthly close.

Transforms the owner's decision loop
04 · AI-Assisted Estimating

Same-day quotes, without the one-person bottleneck.

AI-powered estimating with trade-specific pricing, template generation, and historical lookups. Same-day turnaround that holds up when your senior estimator is in the field.

A 5-point close-rate lift is ~$375K/yr on a $10M shop
05 · Training & Knowledge Transfer

Your team owns the systems by the time we leave.

SOPs, recorded training, an internal champion equipped to run and extend every system we build. We engineer ourselves out of the business on purpose.

Every engagement ends in independence
Approach

Four habits that make the work possible.

Most of what's called "AI for contractors" is change management in a new jacket. These are the habits we've built to do that change management well.

i.

We build; we don't advise.

Contractors have been sold enough slide decks. Our deliverable is a working system in your stack, with the training for your team to run it. Builders, not recommenders.

ii.

We train your team to own it.

Every engagement names a future owner. We equip one person on your team as the internal champion, document every system, and engineer ourselves out. Engagements end with your team running the systems on its own.

iii.

We lead with the math.

If we can't attach a monthly dollar number to a system before we build it, we don't propose the system. And we report the actual dollars, monthly. A $4K engagement against $250K of value created is the conversation.

iv.

We are trades-native.

A dispatcher's workflow matters more than a technology roadmap. Your permit packet matters more than our methodology. We know the nouns: dispatch, ticket, supplement, truck, WIP. Your team can teach us your shop; we'll bring the AI.

Start with a conversation.

If you’re running a $5M to $50M service business and you’re working through a specific question, we’d like to hear about it. Missed calls, manual dispatch, a platform sunset, a dispatcher who is the single point of failure: those are good places to start. No pitch deck, no intake form. A short email is enough.
